Our Services

After we have been introduced we will schedule a virtual design consultation to discuss your project's needs. We'll dig deep to define the scope of work for your project and discuss your design goals. We’ll find out what you love and avoid anything that you don't. If you find it hard to define your style, don't worry! That's where we come in.

Initial Design

This is the exciting part, where we bring your goals and dreams to life. We create the visuals so that you can see what we see. We'll put together a presentation that contains all of the proposed elements for your project. This will include the floorplan layouts, color and material palettes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment - all contained in one document.

Design Development

After the Design Development Presentation is approved, we create an itemized furniture list. This list will correspond with the Design Development Presentation, making it easy to follow along. We’ll include the links, quantities, and colors of the proposed items so you can purchase on your own schedule with ease!

Furniture + Fixtures

This phase is only offered for larger home renovations that are being constructed by a General Contractor or small-scale Commercial work. We will answer owner-directed questions from the GC and review any submittals and requests for information. This gives you more time to focus on what's important and lets the experts handle the tough stuff!
